Monitoring Guide¶
ConnexCS offers several tools for monitoring Customers and Carriers to help plan, bill, and troubleshoot.
Monitoring Customers¶
You can find All Customer Monitoring in Management Customer [Customer Name]
Stats
On the Stats tab, view graphs related to calling and call quality statistics and reports. All the filtered graphs by different time segments are available to download. Click here for more details.
Route Stats
Route Stats displays Channel, Channel Breach, and Calls Per Second (CPS) Breach data based on individual routes.
Latest Calls
The Latest Calls tab provides records of incoming and outgoing calls. View calls and refresh the list of simulated calls. Click here for configuration details.
Dialogs
The Dialogs tab displays all active calls on the account, allowing you to view active calls with a single click.
Alerts
Use Alerts to send customers notifications when certain events occur. It also automatically deactivates accounts after reaching preset thresholds. Click this tab to view all configured alerts. Click here for configuration details.
Monitoring Carriers¶
You can find All Carrier Monitoring in Management Carrier [Carrier Name]
Consecutive Failures
Consecutive Failures (found on the main Carrier tab) is a straightforward way to assess a carrier's ability to connect calls. Click here for more details.
